Payment Plan

Students pay 50% of course/program costs plus full book costs upon enrollment in each course or program.  Students will receive the full book package upon making the 50% payment.  The second payment is due halfway through each course.

Initial payment due with enrollment.  Final payment due halfway through each course.

________ CCA Examination Prep and ADV Coding (MEDBILLCOD500) (60 hours) - $400 plus $195 for book package - Initial payment $595.  Final payment $400.

________ CCS-P Examination Prep and ADV Coding (MEDBILlCOD501) (60 hours) $400 plus $260 for book package - Initial payment $660.  Final payment $390.

________ CCS Examination Prep and ADV Coding (MEDBILLCOD502) (60 hours) $400 plus $250 for book package - Initial payment $680.  Final payment $410.

________ RMT Examination Preparation (MEDTRAN500) (60 hours) $400 plus $150 for book package - Initial payment $550.  Final payment $400.

________  A+ Operation Systems Prep for certification (TECA+OS) (12 hours) - $350.00 plus 55.00 for book and materials - Initial payment $405.00.  Final payment $295.00 

________  A+ Hardware Systems Prep for certification (TECA+HS) (12 hours) - $350.00 plus 55.00 books and materials and $100.00 deposit for PC - Initial payment $505.00.  Final payment $295.00  $100.00 will be refunded depending on PC’s condition at the end of the program

________  PC Maintenance and Upgrade (TECCMU) (10 hours) - $325.00 plus 75.00 books and materials - Initial payment $400.00.  Final payment of $250.00

 ________  Practical Computer Solutions (TECPCS) (60 hours) - $1275 includes all books and materials - Initial payment $637.50.  All books and materials included in the price of the program

I agree that I am now paying for ½ of the course cost plus the full cost of books and materials.  I agree to pay the remaining ½ of the course cost when the I have completed ½ of the course.
